My son has had this tucked in beside him since he was about 3 weeks old. He started to cuddle it later on and now it's a firm necessity. He'll suck and chew it and rub it all over his face and I often peak in on him to find it lying on top of him. He finds it very hard to settle for sleep and bunny helps immeasurably.
It's lovely that it's so small because he's had no trouble handling it from a very young age. Only slight trouble is when he chucks it to the other end of the cot and can't find it!
It washes well at 30 degrees and I've chucked it in the tumble dryer each time without any problem. I have 3 now, one for nursery, one for use and a spare. Lovely quality comforter.
