I bought this and since returned it. I returned it because it takes a lot longer to heat a bottle with this than it does the old fashioned way. A bottle that's slightly cool probably takes me 30 to 60 seconds my way and about 5 minutes with the bottle warmer. When there is a hungry baby screaming at you, the difference in 4 minutes is so crucial for those night time feeds as the more awake the baby is, the more difficult she can be to get back to sleep.
I think any parent would be better off putting boiling water in a flask and pouring some hot water in a small container to heat the baby bottle as and when needed.
Please note the 4 minute claim on the box is for the small 125ml bottle, the bigger bottles take 8 minutes. Takes longer for colder bottles aswell obviously.
Amazon do a brilliant one litre stainless steel thermos for anyone that is interested that doesn't have access to constant hot water.
